Instead of "sauber" (clean or an old fashioned slang for being cool or basically a "great guy"), It could be (very badly pronounced) "er ist ein sehr ehr barer Mensch (Although "Mann" = man would normally be used, not "Mensch" meaning...

+1 I deliberately used "angering" as a clumsy translation. IMHO the translation would be somewhere between annoying and infuriating (depending on context, of course)
