I have a 5.1 system and they're both pretty good 5.1 mixes. The End of Evangelion is available in DTS though, which sounds a hell of lot better, louder and more realistic than Dolby Digital. It would have been a great presentation if they had only given us a fucking anamorphic widescreen transfer.
