Looks like it's probably from this.
According to this eBay auction which I just happened to stumble upon the other day, it's basically just shots of EoE printed in manga-esque form, like those Tokyopop "cine-manga" you can find of Studio Ghibli movies.

If you liked that, you should see my marital advice.
It seems a lot of people have had bad experiences trying to introduce others to Eva, and their following reaction is to decide to keep it to themselves from now on. People might not like Eva for whatever reason, whether it be their religious or psychological views or what-have-you, but I think the w...

I've also been trying to get myself a copy of Die Sterne 2.0. If anyone can recommend somewhere reliable to get it from, let me know.

That was actually Asuka's non-evil twin, Akusa.
Wait, Asuka appeared in 2.0? I must have missed her somehow :-\ :rimshot: Anyway, I'm betting Tiffany Grant will return for 2.0. Being the huge Asuka fangirl she is, I don't think she'd refuse to do it if Funimation asked her. And she's working for Funi now, anyway. Two and two equa...

I think I saw a porno like this once...
I think the point Killer Bee was trying to make is that if you become a passionate fan about something in the broad sense (literature, anime, etc.) then it behooves you to understand its history and the most important works and the most important artists. So if you really love anime then it...

Zeta Gundam vs. Evangelion. FIGHT!
I would agree that no giant robot fan should go without seeing Evangelion. That's like a fantasy lit fan who hasn't read Tolkein. However, someone who prefers works like magical girl or more straight-up action ala DBZ shouldn't necessarily see NGE, any more than Jane Austin or Ian Flemi...

My friend did approve of my Raising Project manga, though.
K-On higher philosophical value I honestly could not tell whether you were trolling or not until I got to that part. Awesome troll is awesome. Anyway, only one of my friends has seen Eva and he didn't like it. I recommend it to anime fans whenever I can, though, as it's my favorite anime by...

Rei has the universal appeal of a kicked puppy.
Rei II's death.
...which is what my answer would be before a previous post reminded me of Kaji's post-mortem message left on Misato's answering machine. Thanks, Carla. Now I'm depressed.
OH GOD WHY.

What was I talking about again?
In 2004, I discovered an anime-on-demand channel on TV that updated with new episodes every week. Evangelion was one of the more interesting shows on there and the only one I watched regularly for six months, every week. Unfortunately, they skipped right over the episode 23 update and went straight ...

I like bees and stuff
Lots of cicadas chirping around my house this time of year. Doesn't sound exactly like the iconic sound we all know, but the similarity's there. Makes me want to go do something Eva-related every time they start up again. Also, I was playing Bayonetta on the PS3 the other day and was snicker...
