Eva doesn't lend itself well outside of these text heavy adventure games since the show is so character based, unlike something like Gundam.

The good thing to me is how easy it is to import ps3 games. Nothing special to do, it auto works on any regions ps3, so this is going to be an instant import

Really like it, but it has to stick with 2nd place to me since my all time favorite is the original Macross. One of the favorite first anime, and still a classic series. Eva is up there and easily 2nd though for me.

Show was not really well in the "techie" aspects of mecha anime. The show was very liberal in the usage of everything, heck they couldn't keep a simple size scale going for the show.

I don't hate Rei, shes a good character for the series purposes and was unique, but I could never get behind the popularity of fans to get so crazy about these monotone lifeless characters. Was important to the story and can't hate her, but really was one of the least interesting characters ...

Using powerful nukes would also just do further harm to the already ravaged world post 2nd Impact. Smaller scale tactical nukes is best they can muster without pushing humans to extinction.
