The plug suits would reasonably have built-in breast support. But in 3.0, Mari's plugsuit is fourteen years old, and it's clear that Wille has barely any of NERV's resources (flying warships take up a lot of resources, too), so it's not too far-fetched to believe that Mari's plugsuit has deteriorat...
