American Horror Story: Coven. Not what I was expecting at all, from the initial description I was expecting basically a television remake of Suspiria, but instead its more of a campy, over-the-top teen drama with a lot of gore, and a lot of pretty good humorous moments. First three episodes have dra...

Ever since I can remember I've always had reoccurring horrifically vivid nightmares about two skeletons that live in the crawlspace under the stairs leading into my basement. They always come and go in waves. Before last night I don't think I've had one since I was about 16. I know it so...

Not really a poem but too short to be considered a story. BLACK SQUARE Black square in the back of my mind keeps growing, getting bigger and bigger until it hollows out my head. I'm seeing things in my peripheral that I know can't be there. It's so stupid; today I even tried to pray alth...

The Believer.

I'm not used to seeing Ryan Gosling showing much emotion, so watching him play a self-hating jewish nazi was certainly a shock to the system. But he really gives a fantastic performance. 8/10.

Halloween is closing in fast, so I thought I'd give a shout-out to Night of the Demons for being re-watchable enough that I've viewed it with friends every October 31st since 2006.

It's Always Sunny in Philidelphia is probably my favorite 'currently airing' show. I really enjoy how quotable and rewatchable just about every episode is. This season (9) and last season (8) are a little weaker than their predecessors, but I still think its hilarious. Se...

I thought it was interesting. I won't say I enjoyed it, it's definitely not a film I ever intend to rewatch, but it was a unique concept and it drew me in for sure. It's too bad that so many 'fans' of this movie are just edgy teenage gore-hounds that don't appreciate the actu...

Definitely my all-time favorite live-action television series. There are so many great moments on this show. My all-time favorite scene definitely has to be the last 5 minutes or so of season 3's final episode "Full Measures". The first time I watched that I was literally unable to sta...

I'll definitely give the first few episodes a try. I'm hoping the fact that they gave you that glimpse of Chamber's "corpse" surrounded by all the infant Hideuaz(?) is foreshadowing to his return.

During the Halloween season, I constantly spin my all-time favorite grindcore/death metal album. Not sure if anyone else here appreciates this style of harsh audio, but if you do, I highly reccomend you listen to Impetigo- Horror of the Zombies.

Starting Justified season 2. I watched the first one a little less than 2 years ago, but kinda swept it under the rug due to hype for season 5 of Breaking Bad. It's really good so far. Here's hoping I can catch up in time for the new season.
