In the manga Ritsuko does say to Rei that she is the one keeping her Alive, so that just seems to further push the idea that Rei is not stable and has to have some form of maintenance.

It would be pretty hard/impossible to lock the VA for Misato to continually do this for god knows how long. I wouldn't be surprised that the voice changes for Misato if this service lasts a long time.

Sadly most eva games are so dialogue heavy that import guides really don't let you enjoy much of the game.

Something like a SRW game I could enjoy with translation faq for example, but the Eva games just are a different beast.
