I´ve chatted with a friend of mine while ago, and he said that there isn´t no evidence that Yui´s soul is inside Unit 01, and he makes a good point. Sure one might say that Yui was "absorbed" by that Unit, but how is it possible to know that Shinji piloted the same Unit that swallowed ...
