Re: Clothes & Apparel
A Youtuber I follow has plugged Squale watches for awhile now and I've fallen in love with this one: http://www.squalewatches.com/Squale_1545_C_Dive_Watch_p/1545-c.htm An homage to the legendary Rolex Submariner which is one of my all time favorite watches. Squale makes their own designs of course, ...

Re: FML general thread [8]
Data recovery is possible, but never 100% assured (since the drive could be bricked to the point the recovery is impossible) But it all depends on what the failure was and what sorta shape the platters and data are in. I have no idea what the cost would be however. It's really sucks to have a drive ...

Went and saw Joe Satriani tonight. Absolutely fantastic show. Played all the old favorites along with a bunch of songs off of his new album. First time seeing him with his solo act and boy did they deliver the goods. Can't wait for the next tour  Pictures: http://i.imgur.com/N8gBoy9.jpg http://...

Thanks!
As do I. Been getting tons of compliments from co workers and from random people while out and about over the past couple days. Safe to say I made a very good choice haha.

Thanks, although to be fair it's more of an imitation chronograph since the 3 small dials are non-functional decorations. Still looks great, though. ^_^ Ahhh haha. Still it does look pretty good! Thanks dudes. Apparently the style of my jacket is referred to as a "duck coat" You're welcom...

Re: Clothes & Apparel
I have a few decent H and M polos that I bought about two years ago and that have held up pretty well, and I'm pretty sure they're still selling the same style. They're not fancy or anything, but they get the job done. I think they were less than $15. I tried to take a picture of them, but I didn't...

Between Tuesday and Wednesday, the CEO and VP of the company I work for are going to be visiting my store. I'm at a mix of "Hey, it'll be cool getting to meet the man that so many talk highly of." and "Oh my god... I'm going to be under constant scrutiny by the person in the highest p...

Re: Clothes & Apparel
Wow, this thread has been on cool down for quite a long time now. Anyways... in the past year or so, I've been really updating my wardrobe. Donating clothes that I no longer wear or are too large as I've been pushing for items that are a little better tailored than just a one size fits all sort of t...

I hear ya Blue. You got my on the vinyl kick and even still, I only have maybe 10 or so total I've actually bought, simply due to cost and not having much room for storage. In fact I pre-ordered the long awaited repress of Russian Circles "Station" on 180g Black and Green, but that's the f...

I feel more and more like people just ignore me unless I make a lot of noise, am I really that forgettable? Would people even notice if I wasn't there any-more? Some people say they would but I dont totally trust that since they seem to only care when I'm being nice to THEM. Would you even know I u...

Re: [Sports] Who's your team?
I just read about that. In all honesty, I think most people would be mad to hear someone trash talking like that just a room away while having to face the media themselves. Bad decision on the NFL's part to have the post-game interview rooms that close to each other. I think that yeah, it can be saf...

Re: Star Ocean 5: Integrity and Faithlessness
I'm wondering if they are doing a word play of sorts for the ship? Charles D. Goale could be a little of a word play for Charles de Gaulle, to get around any issues in using his name perhaps. I dunno, that is what came to mind instantly. That said i'm still not totally sold on the game myself. I wil...

Glad to see Denver win and Peyton to go out with a bang. (No doubts he's going to retire) Tough loss for Carolina, but so glad to see them put Newton in his place. From all those tantrums he pulled tonight along with him blowing off the press like he did, he's got a lot to learn. Don't get me wrong,...

Tickets acquired to see Black Sabbath in September with my nephew. Absolutely Stoked, and its only a mere 7 months out  It cost me a pretty good chunk of cash, but it's the final tour and seeing as they are the fathers of metal and a big influence on a lot of my own nuances in my own gu...

I'm not sure how much ahead of nature the intervention came, but it would have eased her passage. My condolences. It's always a difficult decision to put a beloved pet down, having been through it myself, it tore me up good for awhile. RIP Jemima. Absolutely dead tired and feeling pretty drained. B...

Yup, its that time of the year again. Seeing as Seattle is my home team (Grew up and live in Washington and been a Seahawks fan since my middle school years) I'd like to pick them over Carolina, but seeing as they beat us already this year and by all rights we should have lost against Minnesota, I a...

Bleh, more conflict at work today. This transition to having 2 new managers (though both were promoted and are good work friends) is strange and our GM being on the warpath since it started is really wearing me down. First it was the hour cuts and then the reversal, and now getting chewed out for ba...

I saw that this evening. Plan on giving it a listen tomorrow, bit from what I've dug up, it should be great, and you are confirming that haha.
