:hahaha: I have often heard that joke about nanomachines. But is the 4th good? Oh, and do you think The Phantom Pain is actually a Metal Gear? It does a lot wrong but it does a lot right as well. Chapter 4 is so great. The entire game could have been a weird fetish video followed by Chapter 4 and I...

And Policenauts...must be pretty strange, but I'll play it. I also knew about the demo nightmare in MGS3, but Kojima didn't know? He's the director and still they put things in there without asking him? It's a Kojima game, of course it's strange. And yeah, being the director of ...

Thanks for the advice! About Metal Gear 1 and 2, I want to play them, and I downloaded them. I'll have them if I buy MGS3, so I think it's legal. It isn't, but no one cares. Be sure to get the MSX-2 versions. The NES version of one has a number of terrible changes and Kojima hates it, a...

Are the Metal Gear games really that good? I want to buy them all. (I think what interests me the most about them is the story. And David Hayter's badass voice.) YES. If you have a PS3, get MGS1 on PSN, the HD collection and 4. Then, play the games in release order. MG1 and 2 for the MS...

I somehow doubt, of all things, Winnie the Pooh was intentionally referencing NGE. http://i.imgur.com/ewJBvEA.jpg It's not part of Christopher Robin's message so it's clearly not a coincidence. Disney actually plagiarizes from anime on a fairly regularly basis, such as Kimba the White L...

[quote="kuribo-04#603946"And the story reminds me of Eva (The creators of the game saw Eva, I´m sure).[/quote] Man, Eva is pretty much everywhere. The recent Winnie the Pooh movie had the word Seele etched in some honey (which of course looked like LCL), Pinky and the Brain...

I don't get why people are unhappy with the depressing tone of 3.0. Eva without depression just isn't Eva. I was worried about the end of 2.0 since it seemed that Shinji's life was actually going to turn out ok, and that really would have ruined everything. I also prescribe to the same s...

Ok, so Pulp Fiction + Evangelion. "What does Shinji look like?... What country you from?" "What?" "What's not a country I ever heard of. They speak Japanese in What?" "What?" "Japanese YOU DUMMKOPF, CAN YOU SPEAK IT?" "YES" "Now de...

Nah man, Slav games are best games.

Arma 2, Witcher, and Serious Sam.

I finished Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time and Journey on Saturday. Great stuff. They really made a great sequel with Sly Cooper.

Rebel Without a Cause is 60 years old yet is still a beautiful and culturally relevant film. God, it's great.

Yeah, I have heard of that and I have always wanted to play Alpha Protocol, but I wasn't into gaming back when it was released and my own system wasn't (and still isn't) able to handle it. Time for an upgrade. It's an old game, you really shouldn't have problems running ...

The dialogue system leaves me sitting on the fence. Alpha Protocol has the best dialogue system ever, and Walking Dead is somewhat close to that. Your dialogue is timed so you can't hang on a section and contemplate your choices. Even more importantly is that there isn't a clearcut good or ...

Something about Silent Hill 2: I've re-watched the endings recently, and i couldn't avoid thinking that, in some ways, Leave ending James is as much of a dick as Maria ending James. Specifically, what bothers me from Leave ending James is the callous way he just... Abandons Maria, and i hav...

How's PS2? I haven't gotten around to it but I'm interested in it. Is the shooting fun/good? That was my biggest fear. I really hate it. Imagine Battlefield 3 but worse. The maps are so big that you spend 90% of the game traveling empty space to capture a point that has no enemies in it...

I'm on EYE: Divine Cybermancy.

BUY THIS GAME.

After just a few hours I've gone invisible, used clones of myself to kill a group of rebels, and I've been attacked and killed by a sentient bank machine.

Yea, i had very mixed feelings when i read the script and watched it for the first time, but when i re-watched it couple of times i really started to like it. (Still confusing as hell i admit that) Also, some people say that Anno is a bad story writer when it comes to this film, i don't...

Strike Suit Zero is garbage. Stick to the Macross PSP/PS3 games instead. The really sad part is that this is already a niche game and how those niche fans don't even like it that much. I was really looking forward to it. Glad I didn't pick it up after all. Finished off Saint's Row 3 and...
