Does the Region 1 release include R4 coding? If not are there any differences between it and the Australia/New Zealand Madman release? And how hard is it to come by a copy of the MM release?

The purpose of credits are to tell people who made the film so when you release something in a place where most people probably don't understand Japanese the credits lose their original purpose and just become a bunch of pointless symbols.
