The NTE dubs are adequate, I've enjoyed seeing Spike Spencer and Tiffany Grant back in their roles. But in terms of Q, I've found the sub superior than normal, especially during the launch of Wunder. The dub cast in that scene just seems so bored, whereas in the sub the voice acting gives me chills....
