The non Revoltech one would be the SOC Spec. Those are the ones where you can remove all of the armor. Here's a link that has plenty of pics of the Spec awakened Eva-01.

Yeah, it's a "creative interpretation" of Strike Witches. The caption was something along the lines of "So I heard there's this action anime with pretty girls with animal ears and tails wearing panties that fight while flying around with cyclindrical things on their legs"...
