While their wings would make them look cool, I would still find a (even a chibi)harpy pet a little frightening(Plus you have to worry about the SPCA etheir trying to take her away, or responding to the calls about missing pets...) As for me, I would love a Kaworu for a pet: http://w...

What will be scary is when the geeks are the fundamentalists.

"We found this stash of dubbed anime in his house. It's believed that he showed it to the neighborhood children."

And I'm black, so that lets you know how slim the chances are... But... A black Shinji, he could get stuff done, you know... Laugh if you will, but I had suggested that some time ago as an alternative to convention, and was dead serious. I still am. Originally posted on: 03-Apr-2005, 22:53 GMT

...he'll probobly end up with a hackneyed speech to mouth to his estranged son before they engage in a cliched fistfight in the gallery above the Eva Unit One while Tokyo-3 collapses around them.... Clichéd? Where the hell else have you seen that? Originally posted on: 01-Apr-2005, 00:25 GMT

All that's left to do right now is make spam-posts, which are likely to be deleted, thereby stunting the growth of the thread. Stating once again that Weta's Yui looks like Tama-chan on Satanic steroids just for the sake argumentive longevity is downright wasteful. And as for being a Mobius ...

How much do you want to bet that this thread will have exceeded 1,000 pages on the day before the film's release?

Erm... well it's still better than most. http://evageeks.org/ANF-Archive/images/sweating.gif The likely thought which dictates all movie-related decisions: I directed the dub, I actually had contact with the creators, and anything the fans might have to say is just a result of that. Originally p...

I'll say; I feel like an idiot for having taken a month to get through Fellowship, but it's one of those situations where you must go back and reread every other line just to know what the hell is going on.

As for the trifling of motivations, it should seem clear that in order to form more self-contained subchapters derived from the basic arcs, motivations will have to change and/or bring themselves to some kind of resolution. Unless you want the feeling of a cliffhanger, even an emotional cliffhanger,...

Whatever happens, the movie (and this is if it gets made at all) can be a somewhat intelligent trip of escapism, but Shinji, Rei, Asuka and Misato will always and ever be the real characters that carry the love, hope, tragedy and message that is Evangelion. Here's hoping the compulsive ...
