Actually, Re-Take is about the kindest of their doujins. You should see this Azumanga doujin they did.

Don't know much about the indigenous Sci-Fi Channel, but the european one that ran ten or so years ago used to show MST3K and I will always love them for it.

Also Tenchi Muyo and Robotech

My apologies.

DUDE! Spoilers!

Not that it matters now, but I was REALLY thankful that even into the year 2007 I still had managed not to get an ending from the 90's spoiled for me.

You really have to be some sort of socialist, right? You sound just like I used to sound when I was a young boy.

EDIT: it has it's charm.

Re: Cool songs with a political agenda

This thread is dedicated to songs trying to push some kind of SERIOUS political agenda through music (that means no faggot pseudo-anarchist pop-punk for god's sakes), whether it be nationalist songs, propaganda, military marches with lyrics, or others, the deal is that they need to be g...

5. Ranma 1/2-A comedy martial arts manga/anime created in 1990's by Rumiko Takahashi. Ranma was pure GOLD. Until we had made it about halfway through the series and realized nothing significant was going to happen until the end, which meant 15-20 books of repetition. Books 1-3 are fantastic, 4-...

I read some of that, and it appeared to me as a pretty lame attempt to cash in some interest by expanding on the more easily digested aspects of Eva. Which would be a textbook example of shitty fanfics.
Don't mind me tho, I have no clear opinion on it.

Except that Studio Kimigabuchi who made this doujin usually do psychologically and physically violent pornography, even moreso than most other H-artists. They're not like Gainax and sponsored to hell and back, only competent amateurs who blew a whole fanbase away with an unprecedented piece of f...

Just questioning otakudom in general. And, I dunno, pissed at something I guess. EDIT: What really pisses me off is that when I'm browsing my stores for manga, I almost ALWAYS end up staring at an entire fourth of the section dedicated to yaoi, and that's not someplace I want t be. Do you ge...

I don't like yaoi. Just because you like anime and manga shouldn't mean you have to endorse every part of it, including the flaming GAY PORN. It's guys sucking each others dicks, why would I be interested in that? Why should it even be brought up in the open? Homosexuals are OK, but it&#...
