Google will be your friend. Google the city that he is in and find a homeless shelter.

Re: Avatar: The Last Airbender (WTF is your avatar/sig from?)

Finals season is upon me, and my avatar is an accurate representation of me during this time.

I'm Jewish. I'm also in college. When Jewish parents send care packages to their children, they don't fuck around. Behold, a salami from Katz's Deli in New York. http://i.imgur.com/507mBXc.jpg This thing is massive. It's the size of my head: http://i.imgur.com/4EnKSis.jpg And here it is next to my a...

Re: Space Patrol Luluco

Done with episode one. I was expecting a full 24-ish minute runtime, so that it was only 8 minutes or so caught me a bit off guard. That's not the only thing that caught me off guard, of course-- I don't really know what I was expecting going in, but it certainly wasn't SPL delivered to me. It feels...

Space Patrol Luluco

Studio Trigger's new anime is out today. Does anybody have thoughts to share about it yet? I'm about to watch episode one.

Re: Production IG aquires full right to FLCL

...I will allow myself to be cautiously excited. I have The Pillows-- now it remains to be seen how everything else holds up.

Re: These Moons Were Made For Walking (Weird Image Thread 8)

Now that I'm looking at it some more, it looks kind of like it's wearing thigh-highs. I could have censored it with bars to be even more like a hentai artist, but the edits I went with instead get the effect across quite nicely, don't you think?

That's totally a giant ass, but it needed an edit:

FLCL: Seasons 2 and 3

Adult Swim is partnering with Production I.G. to produce 12 new episodes of FLCL, which will be split into two seasons. No other information is available at this time. I'm not particularly excited, but at the same time I'm not not excited. The original FLCL felt just right: that odd, sometimes almo...

Re: FML general thread [8]

If I'm writing a megapost, I usually do it in some sort of word processing software so that I don't have to deal with that particular problem. Some of my posts have been upwards of a thousand words-- I'd hate to lose one of those just because of an errant browser refresh.

The best use of this comic there will ever be: http://i.imgur.com/AswomdF.png You know, I've never been able to get behind the reasons of the people who layer their ire upon that one particular CAD strip. I remember reading the entire arc and actually feeling pretty touched by it, and my feelings h...

Re: Not Your Average Day - Weird Stuff Thread

Guns used to wig me out quite a bit. I don't like being freaked out by stuff, and using a gun seemed like a good way to try to force myself to get over it.

Re: Not Your Average Day - Weird Stuff Thread

I went target shooting yesterday! I was able to try out five different pistols (and learned that I like the Beretta M9 and the Sig Sauer P224.) I've never been shooting before, and I thought that since I'm going to be voting this year and I assume gun control is going to be one of the issues, I woul...

Pinched my finger in the slide of a Beretta today hard enough to draw blood. Perhaps a blood sacrifice will help when I go to the range tomorrow...?
