I usually watch it in English dub while occassionally tuning in to the Japanese sub to hear Mitsuishi and Miyamura doing their best. I've found the Rei in Spanish dub to be a little too pissed off for my taste.

Not at all. The latter three are more integral to the plot than the former.

Watched Seth MacFarlane's Cavalcade of Comedy which had some hit or miss moments as far as the comedy's concerned. Would've paid off better had it been longer.
