The one on evilbay is actually 99$+23$(shipping fixed) so 122$(ouch) mine from yokatta was 90$ altogether including shipping so about 30$ cheaper but ya you can imagine how much its gonna skyrocket on evilbay on release day if its already breaking the 100$+ mark.

Ya I preordered both 00 and 03 from yokatta as well as a few other things.I think 00 came to about 90$ cause i'm doing EMS shipping and 60$ for 03(i'll prob go EMS on that aswell when I get shipping email in dec so prob a final total of 80$).Still you can bet on 100$+ price tag each ...
