Re: [Merch] Evangelion Figures Superthread [3]

They also seem to have re-released Eva 01 and Eva 00 . They look like totally new sculpts: 01's head is a lot more accurate, the overall definition looks different, the torso ball joint is either hidden or was redesigned, and the hip joints have been redesigned to avoid leaving a large gap when swi...

Re: Release Date: June 27, 2020

While people in Japanese cinemas are silent to an almost eerie extend, from my experience Austrian cinemas aren't that rowdy as well. Is it true what I hear from American screening? Imagine seeing Shin Eva at a place where ...

Nope, message states Jan 2014. I doubt it would be out by then, but it would be a nice surprise if it happened.

Having just watched it last night, my initial reaction is that of disappointment. It was definitely due to the hype and longer than anticipated gap since 2.22, but while watching I felt like this is, so far, the A Good Day to Die Hard of the franchise so far. It didn't feel as mentally pervasive...

Transformers would take that long because of the engineering required for transforming, whereas Evas have used the same basic design since their inception.

This is definitely something that needs to be rewatched at least once or twice to understand. Made me ;_; in the middle. This is now my #2 favorite this year after Steins;Gate.

started Guilty Crown. the best part about it is supercell. taking AP English has made me realize that media with humbler face value (steins;gate and penguindrum) tend to be more enjoyable than things that try to encompass too large of a setting. might as well keep up with it because penguind...

Kyle Landry's playlists are now my homework-doing music. his arrangements are unlike any other youtube pianist's, which is why he's such a great inspiration. TehIshter's very good, as well, his arrangements tend to focus more towards left hand leaps while kyle has more speeding arpeg...

kyle landry > pretty much any other youtube pianist. unlike most other youtube pianists, his improvisations sound like they took hours to arrange, while many other pianists do left hand comps that almost anyone with basic chord theory could do. not saying that the other pianists are bad, but i think...

I was thinking of watching macross. i saw Do You Remember Love and thought it was vastly overrated, not bad but it didnt live up to my expectations based on a lot of peoples' praise over it. Steins;Gate seemed to be a notch better in animation which made me think it was the last episode. got re...
