It's pretty simple. Are you gonna believe Sony and Khara who spent 40 hours per episode tweaking things to look exactly right or random people on the internet? I was basically agreeing with you that these people are just complaining because they don't like it, not because it isn't right...

They either have wrong color space which would result in all video having yellow tint I don't think this is possible considering the amount of people saying it (some have the blurays themselves) but the tint is such a small thing, that it doesn't even matter, though I did bring it u...

The thing is, the people I've talked to have said the the color of the bluray is the same as the 2003 dvds, which apparently also have a yellow tint problem.

When the BDs get to my place I'll watch it on my calibrated monitor. The screenshots I've seen so far have none of that tinting you're talking about, so it could be that your TV needs a tune up. It's not me personally that's seeing it (I don't own the boxset) but jus...

So, is the yellowish green tint on the bluray from the negatives aging, or is that probably how Anno wants them to look because I've seen some discussion about this online and people are talking about color correcting it.

:sniffle: It's a shame I'm broke and can't spare the money for this right now. Hope I can get it for my birthday next month.

The only problem I had with season 1's ending was that the green paint thing was a bit ridiculous. And I don't think season 2 as a whole is terrible, I just feel some of the writing could've been much better, as well as the pacing. I liked episode 7 almost as much as I did an episode fro...

I didn't necessarily mean what happens was underwhelming, but how they handled it was underwhelming. It all came off as so predictable.

Welp, that might be the most underwhelming finale I have seen to a television series.

I've seen them all but the last film. I enjoyed it, though admittedly, I had no prior knowledge of the character Fang Kang, so I have no idea how well represented he is in this movie compared to how he is in his own films.

It's a slightly below average Zatoichi movie. By this film, it felt like they were running out of steam and needed something to lure people into seeing it. I enjoyed it majorly because Toshiro Mifune and Shintaro Katsu are interesting to watch. Other than that, the plot didn't interest me mu...

Made it through 25 of the Zatoichi films. They took a noticeable dive in quality by the 20th film. Zatoichi Meets Yojimbo is a weird film. I know that continuity is gonna be iffy on a long series like this, but it totally throws away the "zatoichi's sword is unique" thing that was intr...

His voice is just as memorable, that he even made albums of him speaking lines with heavy-metal instrumental accompaniments. I mean, I know who h...

I guess, but I personally don't want a reboot. I just think it'd be nice to make something kids of this generation can relate to, with toys more modern.

the only way I see this being good is if it did the same thing for a new generation that it did for my generation. Introduce a new series of toys, get the audience introduced to them as they grow, and let them go like they did in the third film.

So, the girl I was seeing cheated on me with a friend that I've know for a long time who told me in the past that he wasn't interested in her in any way, when I was getting to know her. I fucking hate everything right now.
