That's no ANIMA, that's based on an illustration Yamashita did for the Eva Sword Exhibit years ago.

The novels omit Hiroyuki Utatane's illustrations. As far as I recall the only time Yamashita drew Quatre and Cinq in one image was when they were also together with Rei III and Six.
