Pffft, the Trigun beer song is way better. And the Wazzap one was weak. Look for the Superfriend's Wazzap or the White Fish Shalom one for quality entertainment.

I'm with Hex on this one. It doesn't really matter. All I think is that they might try to have the new names sounds similar to the original ones.

In the movie, it heavily points to that Asuka dies. Especially when the Mass Production Eva's tear apart Eva-02 and carry away it's light carcass. And the emotional reaction from Shinji is extremely strong too. But, her soul was able to be collected during Third Impact, as we all know, Shinj...

I know one thing, a LOT of anime and manga was influenced by the atomic bombs dropped on Japan. Think about how many anime and manga stories start out with a huge wake of destruction. Akira, Grave of the Fireflies, Evangelion and ton of others. For Japan, they had to basically start over after WWII ...

I'm kinda suprised Eva got #1 anime, I expected maybe something else. But why did Inuyasha beat out FLCL? In my opinion Inuyasha has been milked of all it's glory and FLCL is a much better, I think it's a work of art sometimes.

I find it very disturbing that some people don't realize that there is such a thing as evil in this world. I don't think they realize the forms of evil around them. I think the word "evil", has been less associated with today's world. When we think of evil, we think of fiction...
