Regardless, there is still a "you" in the line and its meaning can be left to viewers.

I found the line from Episode 15 and already changed it.

Kaji is correct in saying that only the bones remain. Look at the Angel; it's a complete skeleton. Extensive analysis following a permafrost extraction could imply dissecting a beast to the point where only bones remain. After all, I think they wanted to know every bit about the Angel. During th...

VLC decides to play the subtitles in a pretty much unreadable font for me. Is there anything I can do to fix this or are you guys all using different media players? Use Media Player Classic - Homecinema for subs. VLC does strange things with ASS sub files that have override tags. The fonts I have b...

Oh, like SSD said, it would be nice to have you look over the subs and edit them slightly. A few of lolzy's translations have me scratching my head (no offense, lolzy) and I know that Touji doesn't use the phrase "Oh honestly...". If you are going to do a TL check, please u...

@Reichu: Huh? @bladerj: Kaji: On its own , humanity is incapable of holding the Angels in check. Kaji: The analysis following the permafrost extraction Kaji: of the Third Angel was so extensive, what was left were the bones. Kaji: And that was the conclusion. I've already fixed all of the Engris...

pvthong#358307 wrote:Squall: as there is timing difference between the bd rip and the dvd rip can you rename your subs files? As you will retime the subs for the bd rip please keep the present one under a new name for the dvd rip.

Sure. I never uploaded the Blu-ray timed subs so I'll just rename it.

Squall : Okay, sounds good. :asuka_thumbsup: (You and Reichu working on the subs together would be good too, but that's just my two cents.) Don't forget about the tweaks by Ornette, too. And if you're using the 2.22 scenes from lolzly's translation, he should probably be cre...

The translations within braces are notes or previous versions of translation. The two sources I am using are the one you, me, reichu, et.al translated and the "official" file ChTuLu (or whaterver) uploaded. I took the best out of each one and combined them. I did this a long time a...

hey squall, how long do you think it'll take you to release your subs? thanks for doing it by the way Subs will be "done" later this morning. As far as releasing, I want to double check the timings with my disc when (if) it gets here today. Just pray that the driver is late le...

Wait, so who's working on the subs right now? Squall or M2dane? I'm polishing them up. Ornette used an older version of the file I had. I took translations from both that official script and our script and combined them a while ago. EDIT: Ornette also is missing all the technobabble I origi...

Hey guys, I'm back finally. I've been AWOL due to school and work (which suck, by the way), and trying to upgrade to Windows 7 because nothing supports XP x64 anymore. A lot has happened in my absence which makes me happy to see this project is not dead. To those who have their BD/DV...

The first disc contains tracks cut for the motion picture. The second disc contains tracks as originally written.

I am disapointed that niether disc contained Beautiful World - PLANiTb Acoustica Mix forcing me to buy it from iTunes.

The project's not over yet! We're Eva geeks, anyhow. And my vision of the project was reflected in the name: it wasn't to be just another translation -- we're not just some fansubbing group. And there's a lot left up to interpretation in the new movie. If you catch my drift. Um,...

It would be very stupid on Funimation's part to release 1.01 using the 1.0 master. These versions have very different animations, framings, and signs. I always assumed that the brightness issue was a result of the telecine process (i.e. the bulb was dying) and not of the MPEG-2 encode. I...
