I'm not familiar with that acronym, and honestly I'm afraid to ask... B een T here, D one T hat. That took me better part of an evening to figure out. I kept thinking TL:DR, T oo L ong, D idn't R ead, which some others may feel is a more appropriate designation. :P Originally posted on:...

What do you need to know about imbedding screenshots? Imbedding was the wrong word for me to use here. I was more talking about getting nice caps off of a DVD copy, hosting of said images, appropriate dimensions... Stuff like that. I can remember reading a thread about screen-capping a while ago; I...

So by "dissipating", where exactly does it go? I think Mr. Tines meant that the blood's orbit, as low as it was, would disintegrate rather quickly, the blood itself dispersing through the upper atmosphere (oh good, now its raining blood). Regarding this: Quaint Screenshot Assu...

Just a tiny reply before I pretend to actually do my job and maybe get paid for it. ...souls can chose between the two scenarios for human evolution... I belittled my theory as such because halfway through forming it, I seemed to recall the soul stream splitting (don't cross the streams!)...

Good screenshots Oh yeah. No problems there. I was refering specifically to Unit-01's single pair of wings after Shinji hops in and then the crossed pair after he witnesses Asuka's... yeah. That happens before GNR (emphasising giant) begins to rise. I did just check out the beginnin...

This seems to be a good thread to properly end my long, unregistered lurker status. And it might even be marginaly contructive and/or intelligent. ...so what's with the giant Wings of Light? My thoughts on the wings could be tainted from either (1) working on the same fanfic for far too ...

EDIT: @Jabberwok -- "I'm not sure if I buy into this idea myself" or suchlike would suffice. http://www.evageeks.org/ANF-Archive/images/tsk.gif It may be the smiley but "Ouch" . I feel like I just got slapped or something. :P I choose my words... whatever the opposite of &qu...

I remember someone's interpretation of what was going on there (I can't remember the original poster, though). I think it was something like: "The beginning (Lilith) and the end (Black Moon) are one in the same." I think you may be referring to something re...

This thread should provoke more discussion than it does. I hate you all. :cracks knuckles: [I just realized that I didn't really add much here to regenerate said discussion. Maybe I'll get something better later.] No, no, no! If you want to be cheeky, you have to do stuff like write dialogu...

Hmm, I dunno. Just on a technical note, Shinji isn't specifying who he's talking about... For the most part I was just trying to be a bit cheeky there. I just got ahold of my Angelic Days V.1 and felt the need to inject a little shipping goodness ( again ) So who's Shinji's ...

I came up with two theories on how to reconcile this issue. (1) In short: Deus Ex Machina. In longer: With Lilith's Spear MIA/KIA/AWOL, Adam's Spear is presented with a dilema after First Impact. Two Seeds, One planet. Solution: Disable one of the Seeds. The closest Seed: Adam. Resul...

That doesn't seem to be what's going on here.. My mention of crustal flinging was unnecessary and a little distracting, it seems. Part of the Giant Impact model, in explaining the Moon's lack of a large iron-rich core, tells of the heavier elements present in the impactor primarily sink...

I watched a very interesting show several weeks ago talking about the moon and how it was formed and stuff. Apparently, the only way they can get a satellite like ours into an orbit like ours in computer models is with a Mars-sized impactor striking the Earth off center. The impact throws large amou...

Am I alone in thinking that pretty much nothing makes sense right now? Well, I mean, some of it makes perfect sense, whereas other parts seem to be going contra to the cues in the actual show and turning everything into even more of an incomprehensible mess than it already was. ... Assuming this is...

...considering things like this... Are you meaning to say the Harpies' Heavy-Lances are of the same line as Lilith's "missing" Lance? Perhaps created in a way similar to how Rei-buds may or may not be harvested? Not disagreeing, just want to know if that's where you were going...

Liliputian Hitcher, nice. Hey guys, lets do an episode for a mecha show, but with no mecha in it. Sounds good! Let's do one later in the series where we focus on the old guy too! It is true that death creates nothing, but Iruel's death did create some nice fan-service in that ultra-clean env...

On September 13, 2000, a giant meteorite... ...it was caused by a giant meteorite... Apparently an object's speed now effects it's size. So if a few centemeter object at a high sub-luminal speed becomes "giant", does that mean photons are, in fact, quite monstrous, and tachyon'...
