Terrible news. I foresee a PTA/Hoffman marathon for me in the very near future. :sniffle:

I seem to have the precise opposite problem. EoTV had led me to believe that Asuka would survive whatever ordeal she went through in EoE. Watching that fight I kept thinking that somehow, someway, she's gonna get through it. Then her arm got sliced in half and she turned into a Longinus pincushi...

My favorite soundtrack has to be Masafumi Takada and Jun Fukuda's work in the highly underrated God Hand. Right now I'm listening to THIS on a loop and reliving memories of getting the stuffing beat out of me. God I loved that game. Honorable mention goes to the scores for Shadow of the Colo...

I'm only familiar with Symphonia, which blew me away at the time, though I acknowledge that most of its effect came from it being the first RPG I ever played. I'll always have a soft spot for it.

Saw that not too long ago. The bad guy's demise at the end is maybe the best 10 seconds of celluloid in existence. Nearly died laughing.

I think the dub version of Hyuga is actually a big fan of American hip-hop and possibly a wannabe rapper himself. Might at least explain why he spent the entirety of EoE doing an impression of a black man.

Quite sure I'm forgetting some, but here ya go: Brazil - Used to be my favorite movie ever Blade Runner - Sexy robots, sexy cinematography and sexy Harrison Ford Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom - Which I've gotten shit for liking more than Raiders Paris, Texas - Wonderful pacing and atm...

The problem here is that Yui doesn't have a fat butt. Sure, her butt may be a hundred meters across, but in proportion with the rest of her body, that's actually quite small. Taking this into account, I don't believe twerking at the Angels would do any real damage. It might work as a con...

I really liked the first season of The Walking Dead. It was the second that lost me. 13 interminable episodes spent goofing off on a farm arguing about... pregnancies or something. The characters were never really the show's strong point.

So, if the initial invasion coincided with the initial attempt at the Golden Mile, and the end of the invasion was brought about by the second attempt, what's going to happen when King completes it?! XD [/spoiler] Third Impact, obviously. ^_^ The World's End also happens to be the last thin...

I wish I was. I've watched the whole series twice, not counting all the separate viewings of individual episodes. I've seen EoE even more times and probably have it committed to memory by now. I listen to Komm Susser Tod every morning while I brush my teeth. I listen to the score while doing...

Aubrey Plaza. Cosplaying as Misato.

If I can't have that then I'll have Nick Offerman in Asuka's plugsuit.

Elysium What a mess. A dumb action fest dressed up as ideas-driven sci-fi. It pretends to be about health care and class disparity, but really it's just 2 hours of people shooting and punching and yelling and dying. Granted, there's nothing inherently wrong with that, except the action here...

Songs from the Second Floor

Uh...wow. One of the few films I've seen where I can confidently say that every single shot was interesting. Unexpectedly funny too. Didn't understand a damn thing but the film's dreamy cadences were enough to carry me to the end. 9/10

I have a hazy memory that I think occurred shortly after I'd mastered walking. It involved me wandering my house, lost, unable to find my mother and feeling terribly frightened. I eventually found her coming out of the bathroom. I can't tell if this is something that actually happened though...

It may sound ridiculous now but a time will come when you'll get tired of Eva. Maybe, but it probably won't take long for the obsession to come back with a vengeance. This is gonna be just like my on-and-off love of Bjork. I can feel it. All the warning signs are present. Oh, and thanks for...

Out of what's currently running my favorites are Parks and Recreation, Breaking Bad, Arrested Development, Community and My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. I also like Game of Thrones, but my enjoyment of that one is diminished somewhat by my constantly comparing it to the book series. As for ...
