EVANGELION birthday cake

Holy shit. Holy shit. Holy fucking shit. My gf just surprised me with this minutes ago. Had someone local (who had no previous EVANGELION knowledge mind you) make this for me. Check it out. Everything is 100% edible, but I don't think I can bring myself to eat it!!!! UGHH MY MIND IS BLOW...

Some people are just straight up dicks. Can't please everybody.

I thought it was interesting. As a club DJ, I can't stand most dubstep, to be honest, but I'm not going to sit here and pass judgment on someone 7+ years my junior like someone else.

I disagree. They were very similar in theme and plot. That many similarities as well as knowing the fact that Aronofsky owns the rights to remake PB is a little too suspect.

I tried to watch the REBUILDS with a new set of eyes. Ones of which have never seen the original EVANGELION series and I try to take it all in as it is my first exposure to the franchise. In doing so, I found that 1.0 was actually pretty good, and 2.0 was a colossal fuck up. While you could certainl...

I didn't think that series' fan service was all THAT bad. I thought the Shinji falling on Rei scene was pivotal and profound. However, the rebuilds are going too far in my opinion, mostly because I see that shit as childish. How am I supposed to warm my gf up to this shit when some of this f...

EVANGELION is riddled with plot inconsistencies, no doubt about it. We could go on for pages on all the things that don't add up. You would think that after sitting in a cockpit full of LCL, one would come out drenched in it right? Especially when in plain clothes right? Luckily, EVANGELION has ...

Awesome, it's done in a way that doesn't make it obvious it's from an anime but fans will still recognize it. How much was it? I've always wanted to get the Nerv logo tattooed on me somewhere, but I can never decide if I want to go through with it. Thanks. That's what i was goin...

Quick note: If you ever plan to go to Japan, don't get a tattoo. They don't allow people with tattoos in bars and hot springs. This is because they don't want the Yakuza starting up crap in their bars and hots springs. But.. by the looks of it, both those things can be one of the great ...

Evangelion-inspired tattoo

Herro. Finally broke down and had a friend tattooist design me a medium sized piece that is heavily inspired by EVANGELION, or to be more precise, SEELE. It's fresh, so it's still chunky and swollen, so the colors aren't that great and the lines don't look as straight as they will in...

I am *still* looking for volume 9 at a decent price. Amazon.ca has a few for sale through sellers, but they're between $30-90, and selling out of NY which is more added cost (I live in New Brunswick, Canada). :(

They never said it was a Special Edition in the first place. And who honestly cares. It's not like your gonna stare at the cover or anything. Same with the booklet. But they could work on the extra's though. I find it ridiculous that the BR has slightly better extra's then what the DVD ...

I just watched the 1.11 DVD (I only had a downloaded MKV file before) and I hope that Funimation will work harder on their packaging for 2.0/22. The menu screen is so boring; my Chinese pirate DVDs of the Eva series have flashier friggin' menus than this! Also, the book that comes with t...
