i was actually wondering myself what the significance behind the electric storm in the cloud...i hadn't thought to link it to the Angel taking over Unit-03. i'm only on episode 19, and i don't understand how Unit-01's outbursts are more controlled than what happened with Unit-03...

you'll have to excuse me, i'm VERY new to this scene...after watching FLCL i got HOOKED and had to find more which lead me to NGE, plus i forgot that was the name of the penguin
