So some of my favourites tracks from 2.0 are actually from a totally different project altogether. Talk about cross referencing. The thread you linked to was an interesting read. Its nice to see Anno and Sagisu putting a great deal of effort into the OST's even if the majority of it is wasted on...

Erm would you mind explaining what 'Karekano' is? I assume its not just a name of a song seeing as multiple tracks have 'KK' next to them and they do not seem to be different variations of the same song.

*sighs* So in other words there's no Sagisu to English translator available then = P I know I might seem picky but I do like my songs on my ipod to be easily recognised and I do not want to spend ages trying to work out which one is that cool sax track is. I guess I could always name them after ...

Evangelion 2.0 OST Track List

Hey guys, Basically I've managed to get my hands on a copy of Evangelion 2.0 OST thanks to my friend yet the names for the tracks on Disc one seem completely nonsensical. They seem to be a bunch of numbers and letters with a odd word thrown in for good measure here and there. Some tracks I can r...

Agreed. Personally I do not understand why people dislike her so much. I do still reckon however she has improved in Eva 2.0 but she did a good job in the TV series. No worse than the rest of the English Voice Actors.

Of course if she had been voiced by an Essex girl, whose native patois they seem to be aiming at, the US release would have probably needed subtitles anyway. Is it bad as soon as you said that I started to think of some kinda 'Only Way is Essex' scenario and Evangelion = P Now thats a mash ...

Or if you want to get into crazy theory territory, she's speaking Japanese, that just happens to sound like English in the dub, so the accent probably wouldn't be the same. Yeah, I guess I didn't really think about it like that. I guess it was just my ears pricking up at 'British...

it's more of the usage of "point blank shithead" and "Just fucking die", which don't have an equivalent in the Japanese version (instead, Mari says "Just die already!" and "Point blank attack!" , translation-depending). Okay, I'll give you...

I bought the collectors edition this morning. Is the UK the only one not getting the Orange Sleeve/Case? The UK's package overall isn't bad though. Although I do agree, is disappointing the lack of orange. Just wondering, is their reason the packaging differs so much between countries? I me...

I do understand what you guys are saying about it being out of place and whatnot but surely we need to take into account that translating Japanese to English is no easy task along side of that you cannot just do so literally. The words chosen by Shinji in the sub might be different in the dub but as...

Hey, your best bet is to check out Amazon as I am sure they have a whole lot of Evangelion posters so I won't be surprised if they sell wall scrolls too. Failing that try anime conventions such as MCM in London or Manchester. All the main companies that sell anime related goods over in the UK ar...

I noticed that Thor reminds me a lot of the Lion King, AKA Hamlet. I thought they really should've played that up, especially consider Branaugh's past. Now I want to re watch the movie just to see how many ties to Lion King I can make to it = P And its a shame about X Men really to a certai...

I quite enjoyed Thor actually, even if at times I felt like I was watching some Role Play group acting out the events of their game minus the dice and sweet ass special effects = P I do feel the characters weren't really relatable enough (as pointed out by FreakyFilmFan) and my friends w...

My sister is such a big Sarah Jane Smith Adventures fan.... I don't want to tell her but at the same time I feel like its my duty as my parents won't have a clue. However, I'm proud of her that she kept doing what she did best till the very end. Maybe its true when they say actors become...

Media Case Study on Evangelion

Hey guys, I need to read some books that discuss some of the problems the characters from Evangelion face for my Media Coursework. Web articles will do just fine but they need written by actual qualified people according to my teacher. They do not have to refer to Evangelion itself (although it ...

I had the same problem with my Skull Candy headphones. I got them to last 8 months but only with lots of care and loads of duck tape X D I was just wondering as we are talking about earphones what would people suggest for headphones that aren't to expansive and good quality?
