I'll have to go with Tenzen from Basilisk. He is sadistic and will stop at nothing to get what he wants, even if he has to rape Oboro, the female lead in Basilisk, which he attempts at least twice throughout the series. He also gets my vote because of that demon thingamajig that lives inside of ...

I recommend Baccano! for those of you that like fast paced anime that end quickly but have you at the edge of your seat throughout its entirety. Baccano! is an anime that mixes the Action, Adventure, Comedy, Fantasy, Mystery, Romance, and Crime genres into a thriller combo that lasts a mere thirteen...

But logically, I have to say that they'd sleep together at least once.

This was the first thing I thought of when I began ponder the scenario, and it probably is for most people.

5) Grand Theft Auto San Andreas: Definitely the best game in the entire video game franchise. It's so open-ended and has one of the largest maps out of all the games I’ve ever played. Even after completing the plot story you can still have almost unlimited fun blowing up stuff and using all ...

Not bad, although still not good enough to be a prototype for a mini-Evangelion. Just give them a few more years and the Japanese will build themselves the first Evangelion. Once they do that they’ll probably attempt world domination, starting with the demolition of the U.S.

I just saw the trailer and disliked both the presentation of the movie and the CGI. The plot looks cliché and the Avatars' movements feel very unnatural.

Anime as an artistic and cinematic medium

The purpose of this thread is to explore what it is about anime that is appealing to you. The main question I ask is : What is superior anime or non-animated series/films and why? Note: The discussion is only about anime (Japanese) and not animation. This is because I consider anime, unlike ...

I recommend the compilation movies even if you watched Gundam Zeta. The new footage offers some of the best animation I have seen in anime and Tomino did a satisfactory job at selecting scenes in a way that the story did not feel loose.

It depends on what I am reading. I could sweep through any visual novel chapter in a few minutes. However, when I read philosophy I usually have to read the same sentence like ten times to understand it.
