@Shinoyami65: Rebuild =/= NGE in certain aspects... If I'm to draw any conclusions from how the spears have been behaving in rebuild, I'd say that the spears simply pushes the pause button on whatever is happening to their target. Not a suppression mechanism like in NGE, but, just... freezes...
