Forget just getting Red to play Gendo, just cast all of That 70's Show to play the Eva crew. Red-Gendo (Shinji...you DUMBASS!) Eric-Shinji (same character anyway) Jackie-Asuka (once again, same damn character) Donna-Rei (OK, I'm kinda reaching for this one...)...

As far as casting go, would it be a good thing or a bad thing to have the guy who plays Red on "That 70's Show" play Gendo's part?

Aside from the unforgivable possiblity of changing Asuka's name, I think this looks really great.
