Two instances the first time through: When Shogouki was ripping Bardiel apart and when the Harpies where dissecting Nigouki. That was just sick to watch. Then when Asuka was pleading on the verge of death, then to have several spears land in Nigouki was disturbing.

Providing there's a suitable ending supplied by Rebuild, I don't see why there should be more movies or tv. I'm sure even Anno has limits. Bravo . This man is a master of comedy. Sarcasm, right ;)? No, I agree. If there is a suitable ending in Rebuild than I have no doubt Evan...

Oh man ... my favorite? Damn. I mean, Kaji is made of win, Hyuuga was great for the screen time he had, Misato... I guess Shinji if I had to pick. Deep down, I think we all have a bit of Shinji in us. I could relate to the guy. If I was thrusted into a giant robot at that age, I think I would have r...

25 'Air': Misato 25 'Love is Destructive': Asuka 26 'My Purest Heart': Rei/Asuka (to a lesser extent, for pushing Shinji and that whole strangling scene) 26 'ONE MORE FINAL': Asuka Asuka wins. Misato should have though. Just because I like her more than Asuka.

Seen these before the website went down. They look mehish. Goku's hair looks odd and cringeworthy (but expected that). There is still hope for this movie.

Way back in June last year, after much procrastination, I finally decided to watch Evangelion. What I experienced was a flood of emotion and frankly, the writing is a fantastic. Such a great anime series that I love for several reasons. There is so much praise I can give to EVA, but you've all c...

Went to Chinatown the other day. Saw a Rebuild 1.0 DVD for 30 bucks. Decided to pass, considering how fake it looked. But considering how interested I am (but have never got round to seeing) The Guyver, I picked up the first half of the OVA. Fifteen bucks. I know I can find it online, but th...

I think this picture can summarize the article. Although I do agree with the milking Eva for all its worth, everything they have either said is obvious or just plain stupid (2 and 3).

Recent Hauls

I just had an idea for a thread. If it's not allowed, just take it off. Basically, we share our recent hauls. Whatever you got recently, you can share photos or not if you want to. The point is, there is something interesting about seeing what people have got recently. I'll start: Today: Yub...

Met Spike at Supanova. Awesome guy, really friendly and always up for telling jokes. During the preview night, he constantly had the crowd in stitches and me actually liking what I have seen of his Shinji (not much), I ended up chatting to him. Signed my EoE and Death and Rebirth. Nice guy. ...

I mean, apart from fanservicy bits and the end of episode four, I see no dramatic change. I think I am slightly annoyed for character development purposes they left the end of four out, but it was good for Shinji to come out of his shell a bit.

No offense or anything, but so far you're simply describing the opening video for the Subspace Emissary in your own words. This isn't fanfiction, its a retelling of the video. Anyone can do this, really. It reminds me of the Mario Bros. fanfiction's that I've seen that describe an e...
