Re: These Moons Were Made For Walking (Weird Image Thread 8)

^As someone who has hit a dear two times...six months apart, I have to say this seems an accurate portrayal of their thought patterns.

Re: Groundwork of Evangelion artbooks getting digital re-release

I think the Evafan site is stating that these books will come with bonus color illustrations from Anno himself, but I'm not sure as Google translate is a fickle thing.

Chinese 3DCG Eva film

Chinese director Somei Sun released his own Eva tribute film Evangelion: It Can (Not) be True. https://vimeo.com/433112136 Futher information about the work comes from this ANN article here. Personally, I like to think of it as a consolation prize for not getting the final movie this past weekend.

Re: Shin Eva's Indefinite Delay Support Group

Many of you might be surprised at what I'm about to write here, but I feel feel relief that it hasn't been out. Now don't get me wrong, I'm not glad it has been delayed or anything like that. The problem is that when the previous installments came out, I always felt...the best phrase I can think is ...

Re: Gundam (In All Its Incarnations) Mk. II

Sometimes they also looked positively Mamoru Nagano-ish, and the second opening resembles the original Heavy Metal L-Gaim opening quite a lot (e.g. the "geyser of stars" at the start). Makes me wonder if both were made by the same people... Nagano worked on Zeta and is credited as "D...

Re: NGE Blu-ray (UK)

Aside from region coding, there aren't any major concerns with importing blu-rays like there were in the past with NTSC/PAL DVDs, right? I accidently got the UK version of Chariots of Fire a few years ago and I was able to play it fine, though when I first put the disk in my machine, I went to the ...

That looks really amazing. Have you given thought about sending a copy to Anno himself?

Re: Thrice Upon A Humanity: The Deep Lore of NTE [WIP]

This is actually more appropriate than it might first appear, since... remember in Eva 1.11? There was a chamber full of gigantic neurons somewhere in the actual "Moon" (saucer) section. The top of the Black Moon might literally contain a brain. I always thought that chamber was a reposit...

Here is Chapter 28. I have a bad feeling that this is the one where I have failed all of you in this fic, but it is the best I can do. Any comments would be appreciated. Thank you.

Re: Final Fantasy series

I finished the game as well, and towards the end, the screen went blank for about 10 seconds. A little notice then appeared saying that gameplay was paused due to a "blocked scene." When everything started up again, another notice popped up delcaring that I'm not allowed to take screencaps...

The speculation is over. The Japanese government is going to declare a state of emergency. A delay will practically be a done deal at this point.

Re: Final Fantasy series

^I think that's the case. I read an article today stating that Amazon (which is where I preordered from) is prioritizing household and medical products until April 5th. And a few hours ago, I got another e-mail from them reinstating the April 10th arrival date. I think it was some sort of automatic ...

Re: Final Fantasy series

I got an e-mail today saying that the release date for FF7 has been delayed yet again, and with no new release date. I don't know if this is due to the whole corona virus crisis or not, but I'm curious about what happened as I'm not seeing any offical word of this on any of the gaming sites.

Question about the Moon in 3.0

I have been wondering recently about the moon in 3.0. We know, besides beign very close to the Earth's surface, that it is rotating at a high rate of speed and has it's own atmosphere. My question is whether or not it still revolves around the Earth. Could it even still be considered a celestial bod...

^Yeah, I have to agree here. 0083 sets up the world in Zeta, so you'll have no problem following things.
