I am currently watching Cowboy Bebop as well. I like watching it even more than I do Eva simply because Cowboy Bebop is synonomous with the word 'cool'. I listen to the soundtrack all the time, such great jazz music. I also am watching: Sorcerer Hunters - Very cool anime. .hack//SIGN - LOVE ...

MidtownComics have it. Type "Evangelion" into the search and check the bottom of the page it offers, it should be the last entry.

Thanks so much, comrade!

Anti-heros are usually badasses. And Shinji is... not. I totally agree with you. Most anti-heroes (one of my favorites is Spike from Cowboy Bebop) are of the bad-ass genre. Spike doesn't care about what happens to the world nor is he out to save it. He just wants his woman...and decent ...

From what I understand, an anti-hero is someone or something in a story (as a main character) who desires not to save the world or anything of that nature, but ends up doing so because of things he/she/it is involved in. There are a few instances where we hear Shinji talking about saving man...

I would love to post up my drawings (not to brag, but I am quite good), but I am not familiar with this DA account. Could you give me a link to something to this website? And to add another canister of gasoline to the fire, I don't have a scanner. Most of my recent drawings (that wer...

Thank you for the info. I figured that if the B & N store itself did not have it in stock, the website wouldn't either. I will try that and see what occurs.

I have been searching many a book store for several weeks now and I still am not getting any results in terms of finding Eva volume 9. All the websites I have looked at have no indication of the manga as a pre-sell item or a release date.

Any info is much appreciated.

The Absent-Minded Kaji

I am not certain if this has been observed before but listen to this: Remember when Kaji brought Gendo the Adam embryo? Kaji right then knew what Adam was and what Adam looked like. He literally saw Adam in a embryotic form. A few episodes later , Kaji opened Terminal Dogma and showed Misato Lilith,...

I personally favor the movie ending simply because each character had their own 'shining' moment as opposed to the movie just closing in on Shinji specifically. I really wanted to see Asuka kick butt, but it never really happened in the series...the movie fixed that. Asuka, in her Harpie-ham...

Well, if the Eva movies was just being made for the fans, than maybe a different story may prove to be interesting, since we have the real one in the anime. BUT, the anime is being made for everyone, so the original story will still be brand new material for most people who will go and see it. I say...

Eh, alright.

"The end begun." it shall be, but is that proper grammar?

Shouldn't it be "The end began."?

I'm not that happy with "instrumentality". Sorry. You don't have to apologize for not liking it. I am certain you know more how it should be done, so I value your thoughts. Now that I think about it, it's hard to describe, but you think about it for a minute and draw your own ...

Hmm...I see your point there, MAGI. I was considering omitting the last paragraph, so I guess this is a go for it, yah? From black, the camera (which is lying on the snow-covered ground, abandoned near a vacant campsite) comes into a scene of Arctic wind and blowing snow, with an occassional...

I like it, but I have one small, nit-picky question--before Adam does his thing you talk about a walkie talkie with a NERV logo on it, but NERV did not exist at the time of second impact, right? It was still Gehirn then (if that)--NERV isn't officially formed until after second impact, ...

You really think it is that good, to send the idea in to the producers?
