Looks like Lupin III to me. Red Jacket series. Hairy hands are kinda distinctive.

The problem with Crispin Freeman is, although a very good voice actor, he is simply so prolific that I've ceased to be able to identify him as anything other then 'Oh god it's Crispin Freeman again'. To the extent that even when I don't know a dub cast, I am waiting for the Crisp...

Now I like Greg Ayres, and ironically it's his dub of another Ishida role - Chrono in Chrono Crusade , that turned me on to him as a VA, but by GOD THAT IS NOT KAWORU. The problem with Ayres is that he plays Kaworu like a traditional "kid-with-a-secret". Something about his intonation ...

If he meets Kaworu in Rebuild and finds out that he's an angel, than it may be possible that Kaworu will be Kaji's killer. That's always been my personal fanfic-response to the old 'Who killed Kaji' chestnut. It only got worse after seeing those comparison shots of the two in th...

Was that original a piece of artwork, or was that Kaworu's prototype design? It's taken from a Sadamoto illustration (was in Vol #10 of the manga I think), but it's part of the same Rebuild range from Kotobukiya as this Misato ...which I thought was out alrady but apparently it&...

Why, are you planning something insidious? Armisael was the Last! If there were any others, the Red Bull chased them, all of them... to the ends of the Earth! O_O I am seeing great crossover potential. I am seeing Bastard King Gendo leering down at his Angels in the sea. I am seeing Asuka peeling p...

Sounds like anyone we know? (nudge, nudge, wink, wink) It sounds like just about every anti-hero I can think of, and I'm pretty sure Byron didn't invent that trope. No, but he did popularise it and unleash a slew of the buggers into literature. Hence the term 'Byronic Hero'....

My copy of the Entry File finally arrived today.

Initial thoughts? Well, it smells new-book-awesome  Haven't had the chance to look through it yet but notable so far is some very nice original art, and some phenomenally fucking weird concept CG's for Terminal Dogma.

My guess is Hikari's in Eva 1.0 somewhere just very very VERY in the background. Like half-blink and you'll miss her. I just got my copy of the Entry File in today, and she's definitely in there; I've only had time to flick through half so far but she's featured in at least one ...
