I wouldn't say that anime doesn't make me cry. FMA did and so did Samurai X:Reflection, but that's pretty much all that has actually gotten to me.

Eva never made me cry. However, the episode about Asuka's past and the whole "I can stop being her mother anytime" royally pissed me off, so I guess strong emotions count too.
