Re: Chaos Death Spiky Bits -- WH/DnD
I’m more into the modeling and panting side of things these days myself. I haven’t set foot in a game store in a long time.

Re: Stop motion vs CGI
There’s nothing wrong with CGI and it’s straight up better than stop motion for 99% of things stop motion used to be used for. People rent about CGI but when it’s used properly people often don’t even notice it, or mistake it for a practical effect. I think stop motion, along with puppetry and other...

Re: [Film] The Trailers & Upcoming Films Thread
What's to stop similar trollish/incessant campaigns from happening now? Whether or not giving them what the want will make money. WB is doing the Snyder cut and putting it on HBO Max to hype the launch and make money. If they don’t think a fan demand will make money they won’t do it. The big studio...

I still think that Meera’s outfit should have come up to her neck.
I don’t think that DC should focus on movies. If the Snyder cut does well they should bring him back with a better team of writers and soft reboot the DCCU into prestige television shows building up to some theatrical releases.

Re: Comic Books!
Even before that, Disney has never had an issue relating R rated films. IIRC they used Miramax for that.

Re: Godzilla & Kaiju General!
Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the whole point of 40k that everyone is horrible and there is no good faction period? Unless that premise is wildly off which I doubt considering that people I generally trust with their opinions and who play it a lot have told me so unanimously and repeatedly , I...

Re: Godzilla & Kaiju General!
Games Workshop is doing better. The Age of Sigmar line is significantly more diverse and balanced than the Old World or 40k. Specifically there’s a lot more options as far as female characters and options for more diverse miniatures go. 40k is a different beast. The fundamental problem with the line...

I’m assuming people will just go. We’re just going to pretend the virus is gone.

He can push all he wants. Movie theaters aren’t going to show anything if they’re not open.

Re: What are you watching right now? (tv series + see OP!)
When people criticize the old She-Ra they’re not talking about the writing so much as all of the female characters being designed around having interchangeable, statuesque bodies with impossibly thin waists and huge breasts. It doesn’t really matter that he didn’t write her that way, as the show was...

Re: What are you watching right now? (tv series + see OP!)
It’s a magnificent epic and 90% of the complaints are about it being an actual show and not softcore porn aimed at adult men.

Re: Superhero/Comic Based Films & Tv - Vol.2
I’d rather see the story of the Swamp Thing stand-alone show play out than watch JJ ruin it with mystery boxes.

I’m surprised that there’s no talk of *She-Ra and the Princesses of Power* here.
