I sadly cannot, though I would've loved to. I definitely cannot say how I know that, but 3+1 is definitely already dubbed in many languages and - technically - 1/2/3 are ongoing.

Yeah it's a question of language. Evas work like living beings hence them being hard to communicate with, the pillar is not using a human language. The Japanese is just as cryptic.
