Hey, I'm not new, rather returning after a hiatus. Between the post college-find-a-better-job scramble and my computer dying, posting proved to be a challenge. Good to be back though. I'll have to have an Eva marathon session so I can make some respectable posts.

I did an odd little experiement the other night after thinking about this. Usually, when I have marathoned Eva, or watched a ton of episodes in a row, I have watched the EoTV, then EoE. I also believe they are just two different perspectives of the same events. However, this time, after watching the...

Bristol is great, but the big pads are TEH EXPENSIVE.

@Tokpile: Our University tech labs just got tablets, I'll have to screw around with them a bit to see if I can work with them. If so, I would be sorely tempted to get one and a copy of Manga Studio 3.0....

I always assumed that Kaworu was sent by Seele and that Gendo knew about it, but like Kaji, just kind of put up with him so that he could be left to his own devices. After all, it didn't matter how many people knew about Kaworu's true nature so long as Kaworu didn't know that the body in...

Alright, hands down, the best way I fall asleep early is when I exercise right before I want to go to sleep. On Monday nights I swim at Eastern Michigan University's club indoor pool for about an hour or so. Usually I can't make it much past midnight before I crash in bed. Tuesdays I have Ke...

I don't think an AT field can be logically explained. I also don't know if it is really a shield to keep things out, it may in fact be more accurate to say that it keeps things in, namely our souls in our bodies and our human form intact. I might try to explain an AT field in more spiritual ...

Micron is awesome. I still use my four-pen set a lot. The only reason why I want to switch, like you, is for some line variation. Its a bit hard to get used to though.

@SSD: Hopefully I have some advice. I used to draw in pencil myself, but the issue with this is that it tends to smudge, get on your hands, and can disrupt coloring with lower-end colored pencils. The biggest problem with sketching first in pencil is that if you are doing art which you want to scan,...

having trouble sleeping while others are in the apartments playing Madden, COD4, Guitar Hero, and more recently RockBand until +2am in the morning. My neighbors probably hate my Guitar Hero 3 playing, although, I try to keep the volume down. Once the guitar button clicks become louder than the musi...

As for Sachiel's problem: Join a support group for men with testicular cancer. You'll surely get some high-quality sleep in no time. Nice Fight Club reference? As of right now, I managed to get all my classes for next semester (starting this Monday) to be no earlier than 1 p.m. This...

So unless you have REALLY steady hands and have a good general sense of space (because when you use the tablet you really have to zoom in) you should stick to inking and scanning, but I think you'll be fine seeing that you've been drawing longer than I've been living. =P Thanks ...

the 2nd suggestion however I think it would be counterproductive to the marathon since that makes guys fall asleep. That's why I haven't been falling asleep easily! I've been too busy to masturbate. too much info. I am planning a marathon to celebrate the beginning of my last semester a...

Zeak, what program are you using to color in your pictures, and are you even hand tracing them or just line arting them in photoshop?! That would be amazing in Photoshop, I suck ass at drawing on the computer. Well, paintshop is a little better in my opinion, but all of these programs take some tim...
