1.Shinji 2.Misato 3.Asuka 4.Rei 5.Kaworu... in that order. I especially love Shinji and Misato. They are each so interesting as an individual as well as their relationship to one another.

It's like you can't avoid it when you're Japanese. You definitely saw some kind of image of Rei or Asuka or 01 before you were 10, and one of your friends is bound to sing A Cruel Angel's Thesis @ a Karaoke party.
