Re: Fanfic Story Ideas, Mk. II

Edit: That comment was aimed at "The Way Out Is Through", which puts her to ridiculous levels of abuse. That's why I said the first rape will surely break her - because she suffers much more in that fic and still comes out mostly unchanged, which I find unbelievable und unecessary cruel. ...

A British supermarket just yesterday: https://cassland.org/images/TescoSD.jpg (Tesco in Dudley, a suburb of Birmingham) I think the thing that bothers me about this is there taking everything even though the government have said there is food stockpiled so there is no reason to do this and last wee...

I think she's actually miffed, but I guess she's currently so turned in on herself that she's not really taking in what's happening in the outside world. I have this same issue with an elderly member in my family, they seem to think this is some government ploy to get money and don't understand tha...

Universal & Blumhouse are apparently teaming up to do a new The Thing movie adapting the original recently unearthed manuscript for the Who Goes There novel called Frozen Hell. https://bloody-disgusting.com/movie/3602436/universal-blumhouse-developing-new-version-thing-will-adapt-long-lost-orig...

This is not a rant per say its more a question. Like is anyone else finding this Coronavirus really jarring? Like going into food shops and seeing utterly empty shelves and empty town streets its like something out of a doomsday movie or a zombie movie...its weird as hell. https://i.makeagif.com/med...

Sorry for the long wait I know I said around late 2019 but I felt that might cause a rush job hence the shift to early 2020 when two-thirds was fully written and I could work on the last third over 2020 while the complete chapters come out slowly and smoothly. ^_^

Sequel posted. As The Divine Light Breaks Can you hear it coming? Can you feel the echoes of long lost pain as the bright stars of blue and red burn in to the night and throw out there ever lasting and eternal flames? Sound the drums and smash the night and pray the fallen destroyer of worlds does n...

I'm just posting this on a friends behalf as ElSqiubbonator told me there having logging in issues this was their issue. I tried to make a post on the EvaGeeks forum today, but it wouldn't let me. It kept saying I had to log in to make posts, even though I was already logged in. I tried resetting my...

Frozen II A near perfect sequel that stumbles on a few aspects. While it's great to see the bond between Anna and Elsa, a lot of moments have me questioning whether Anna loves her like a sister or is just plain in love romantically with her :cringe: ... She doesn't spend a lot of time with her boyf...

Re: Godzilla & Kaiju General!

The 2005 KONG remake is very flawed - Peter Jackson is stuck in LOTR mode and trying to turn a fun simple adventure tale into an epic never really works - but the high points are great and Kong the character is the star of the film. I think the biggest issue with the film though having revisited it...

Re: Star Wars Episode II - A New Thread

I find it quite odd that before the sequel trilogy got made, the fandom was declaring Lucas Public Enemy Number 1, yet now treat him as a patron saint. Fans are such fickle creatures. I'm finding this turn about really weird and I don't trust him with making a new trilogy not after what happened wi...

^ I heard about that a couple of days ago. I still need to see that video, but I’ve spent what little free time I have tracking down the actual script to read for myself, so.... I’ve read some of the videos claims in bullet point form, and there’s some interesting stuff in there. I’d still hesitate...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oNyk77f9tDg&ab_channel=WhatCulture Regarding the original script Duel Of The Fates which sounds way better than the rise of skywalker and I think with some polish could have been a way better movie than JJ's. Mostly because it's message is clear that Rei is still...

Re: Tim Miller's Terminator: Dark Fate (2019)

From the Star Wars topic: Agreed. It was a shallow, meaningless jab that was wrong by the fact that every future version of John Connor holds reverence for his mother in some way, and he is alive and able to win the war because of her. I don't think it is a delusion of Sarah's character because the...

Re: Star Wars Episode II - A New Thread

It was doomed the moment they thought killing off John Connor was okay. Leading up to that the removal of the sequels from canon and bringing Linda Hamilton back were all viewed positively. Everybody just knew something was going to be stuffed up along the way given Terminator's precedent, and it w...
