For some reason, the site keeps glitching and looking like thisImage
whenever I return to the site after leaving. Deleting the cookies and site data fixes it but it just does it again when I leave the site and come back. I've resorted to blacklisting Evageeks from saving cookies and site date in the browser but has anyone else had this problem and who do I let this problem be know to to see if it can be fixed?

It never occurred to me; I also can't understand and reproduce the cause ― it might be something specific to Firefox.
On the other hand, the version of phpBB used in this forum is very old, and updating it involves a number of things.
“Like a miracle, life starts with the pain / Forever this will be” — “Heroes of Sand” by Angra.
“É porque nós gostamos de você. Obrigada por conversar comigo. Vem, me dá a sua mão para andarmos juntos.” — Rei to Shinji (Portuguese dub).

I saw the same thing once a few weeks ago, and I use Chrome. It hasn't happened since.
Rejoice, glory is ours. Our young men have not died in vain. Their graves need no flowers. The tapes have recorded their names.
I am all there is.
Negative! Primative! Limited! I let you live.
But I gave you life.
What else could you do?
To do what was right.
I'm perfect, are you?

That glitched state looks like a corrupted or incomplete load of the site styling, possibly happening when the site is under heavy load; if the broken state remains in the browser cache, then it will stick until cache expiry or flushing.
