The one you can pre-order now is the "visual story" book for 3.0+1.0, with the screencaps of the movie. The settings and materials books, with all the interviews, behind the scenes, and production art, are coming out later this year: 2 volumes for 3.0 starting in June (whether that date is for both or the first of them is not disclosed), and two volumes for the last movie only announced for later this year.

Sorry to be the party pooper, but there is no actual mention of the interviews in the announcement and the 1.0/2.0 CRCs softcover reprints cut the interviews portion of the original CRCs.
I'm inclined to believe the interviews will not be in this upcoming volumes.

Re: 3.0 CRC in development!
Wait. You are talking about the 3.0 and 3.0.10 CRCs right, not the 1.0 and 2.0 re-releases? We are still not getting the interviews?
Re: 3.0 CRC in development!
The announcement does not explicitly mention the interviews so it's highly likely that Q and Shin's CRCs will not include them, as it was the the case for the Jo and Ha softcover CRCs.
Using the localized names of the CRC books from the ITA release approved by khara (localized as "The Complete Archive"), this is the complete line up of books.
RELASED:
Evangelion:1.0 You Are (Not) Alone - The Complete Archive / Visual Story & Design Material
Evangelion:2.22 You Can (Not) Advance - The Complete Archive / Visual Story
Evangelion:2.0 You Can (Not) Advance - The Complete Archive / Design Material
Evangelion:3.333 You Can (Not) Redo - The Complete Archive / Visual Story
ANNOUNCED:
Evangelion:3.0+1.11 Thrice Upon a Time - The Complete Archive / Visual Story [2025.03.08]
Evangelion:3.0 You Can (Not) Redo - The Complete Archive / Design Material (Volume 1) [2025.06.XX]
Evangelion:3.0 You Can (Not) Redo - The Complete Archive / Design Material (Volume 2) [2025.06.XX]
Evangelion:3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time - The Complete Archive / Design Material (Volume 1) [2025.XX.XX]
Evangelion:3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time - The Complete Archive / Design Material (Volume 2) [2025.XX.XX]
"Visual Story" content:
FILM (screenshots of the movie + each line of dialogue)
Music Cue Sheet (list of all the music played in the movie + timing)
Additional Scenario (all background dialogues in the movie)
"Design Material" content:
Archives (settai)
Art (selection of backgrounds from the movie)
Advertising (posters, trailers)
The Other (all other promotional material released for the movie)
Scenario (a specific revision of the script, ex. final version for 1.0 / a "close to final" version for 2.0)
The "Design Material" softcover re-release of Jo and Ha has an explicit warning mentioning that the content is identical to the original hardcover CRC except for the interviews that are not included.
Also missing from the original hardcover release, if I remember correctly, are the storyboards but they have already been released separately so it's not really an issue.
My personal theory is that cutting the interviews from the CRC and splitting each movie in multiple book makes it easier for publishers around the world to commit to a localization effort. The interviews are a wall of text and translation costs would be very high.
It's also more convenient for the buyer as the entry price is lower and split among multiple books.
The interviews may be published later in a dedicated book similar to the "Project Shin Evangelion" book.
This one SPOILER: Show

Re: 3.0 CRC in development!
I'm sure it's gonna have a lot of nice art, but you know, I'm more interested in the interviews. A point people have made people here and elsewhere is that quite a lot of time has passed between those interviews and the film's development and release, so we'll have to deal with unreliability on the staff's part, even if unintentional.
Re: 3.0 CRC in development!
So given that the Shin Eva book was shown and was up for preorder two whole months before release, I think like the 3.0 CRCs might be delayed again?
Which in this case might be good for me lol. Im short on money.

Re: 3.0 CRC in development!
So, now that we're into October, have there been any updates on the releases for You Can (Not) Redo and Thrice Upon a Time's 2-volume Design Material CRC books? Seems like it's been radio silence earlier this year.
