I’m trying to track down a specific version of the original Evangelion opening that I remember from MANY years ago — maybe someone here recalls it or has a lead.

It used the original song, A Cruel Angel’s Thesis — no remix or cover

The video pacing and structure were nearly identical to the official OP, but the visuals were re-edited slightly — scenes were swapped or better aligned for **IMPACT**.

Resolution was standard (definitely not low-quality)

It was not a parody or AMV — just a visual improvement, likely a fan edit

I saw it sometime before 2015, likely.

I’ve been trying to find it again with no luck. It may have been taken down or renamed in a way that’s hard to trace. If anyone knows where it might still exist, I’d really appreciate it.
