I know that at no time in nge we are shown how the first impact was developed and therefore we are not shown how lilith's longinus spear was destroyed, but even so, I still have the doubt of where the remains of lilith's spear were left, or how it looked like (if it had another color or design), I have not found any information about lilith's spear so I would appreciate any contribution of information on this subject.

It's pretty certain that Lilith's was lost or destroyed during first impact, but thinking about it this is lowkey a contrivance since on all other accounts the First Ancestral Race are basically gods and such a massive failure seems inconsistent with their technology (especially with how durable we have seen the spear to be), but its really not a huge deal. But we can speculate about the conditions that may have caused this to happen.
Considering the black moon constituted first impact, but the white moon didn't, we can assume that Lilith's impact was far more violent and likely to result in the loss of a spear. The loss of a seed of life doesn't seem nearly as easy, since Lilith has an A.T. Field, but we have no reason to believe the spear does, despite it demonstrating levels of autonomy and even intelligence. The white moon is said to have landed before the black moon--this is very fleetingly mentioned in the classified information. What we can reasonably assume is that the black moon must have impacted Earth at much higher speeds than the white moon, as it's "carrier" (the actual moon, Luna) was said to combine with debris ejected from the black moon. For an "asteroid" of it's size, the black moon must have been travelling at incomprehensible speeds to eject sufficient debris to help the formation of a natural satellite. This is actually a really cool in-universe explanation for why Earth's moon is so large proportional to Earth's size, compared to other planets. (Google "Theia impact theory", or "Giant impact theory", our real life moon is thought to have been formed in a similar manner.)
ANYWAYS, all of that to say that the black moon likely met Earth when the crust was more solid and formed, and impacted Earth at MUCH higher speeds, perhaps because the transport vessel for the black moon accompanied it all the way to Earth itself (there is no evidence this is how the white moon arrived) This is one of the most esoteric and confusing parts of the entire Eva canon. The moons came in moons, and the moons had a cavity where there was a spear and a seed. It makes it hell to talk about.
Having fully explained how the spears arrived at Earth, Lilith's is probably missing because of the sheer power of the black moon's impact. All displays of power in Eva pale in comparison to a physical impact of that magnitude, even GNR's explosion. As for the remains or indication that it was there, the dead sea scrolls probably pointed to that, as well as cross-referencing it with the white moon, so we can be certain that it DID have a spear to begin with. Things in the Eva universe tend to completely annihilate themselves when destroyed, so the lack of any physical remains isn't that much of a problem. A fun headcanon/theory could be that the potential remains from a broken spear were secretly used during Project E for the construction of the Evas.
I like Neon Genesis Evangelion. Currently working on a longform video essay talking about everything EVA.

It shattered into millions of pieces and became imbeded in the shell of the geofront as it got ejected from the white moon with lilith inside during the first impact. This was subtly revealed in the rebuild movies
