Hope we see a model kit of this figure eventually from Bandai or Kotobukia. As weird as it looks, the design’s kind of grown on me.

I'm hoping for an RG, but considering that there would need to be a lot of completely new molds made for it, I'm not entirely sure.

Anybody seen anything about the other Evas in the movie getting revoltech / model kit releases?

The new Mark.07/09-A/10/11/12 (or *crosses fingers* the 4-Series drones from Paris) would be real neat but I know the odds are low after Mark.04 got nothing last movie...

Picked up the Robot Damashii Eva 08 Beta ICC

Normally I would've gone with Revoltech but they jumped the gun and released theirs before the design was finalized. Plus the claws don't move at all.

I also have the Robot Damashii Eva 02 alpha on pre order but I had to use a proxy site to order one.

It's a shame because that's what I wanted the most from the new film. I love Evangelion Unit 02 and I love how with each film it gets more and more damaged.

Honestly I don't really feel the RD 08ICC. The Revo looks a lot nicer in my opinion; but good on you for getting one!

Hehehe. I've always been stanning the Revo aesthetic overall, I feel their joints work a lot nicer with the organic shapes of Evas, but yeah this time the figure just wins out on the whole.

The RD looks wayyy better in hand. And has more articulation. You can't even open the claws on the Revoltech. The only thing that the Revoltech has is better ammo belts and muzzle flash effect parts. Other than that. The RD is superior imo.

I'm talking more about the overall body aesthetic; I really don't like the way the joints look on the RD, far too mechanical and exposed for an Eva. That's where the Revo's more organic joints win out for me

It's suppose to be a kit for Bandai's Real Grade figures, but it looks darn cool!
Does anyone have a RG Eva? What size are they? How do they compare to, say a RD?
If the size is not that different, it could accomodate a Revoltech EE nicely!

Where can I find one? I searched the usual spots but they only seem to carry an Eva lauch platform*. Is it a limited edition?

*speaking of, that one looks cool too!
