You mean how she's visibly taller than Shinji? It is canon-compliant, going by official height charts. Then again, he's slightly bending his head down to look at something, so the difference is most probably not as big as it seems.

It would be great if someone were to find some Tokyo-3 layout pictures, preferably realistic on some level.
Another, more specific request is related to the pictures of the Small Worlds Tokyo's Tokyo-3 cityscape miniature. The widest views of this miniature I could find were these photos:
