There are many Japanese social media reactions by people who saw the trailer at Kimetsu no Yaiba screening so this is definitely real.

Apparently the new trailer is 30 secs long, all new footage, and uses Bande-annonce from Q soundtrack as BGM.

Yeah. And I guarantee that final long trailer will be attached to either all three of the films or to the end of 3.0 when they have their 4D screenings in December.
