We know from other things that are said that there are multiple clones of Rei in NTE. However, your question about memories assumes that the films are simply a version of NGE, the series - they are not. Many things about the world of Eva (and the story being told) in the films are different from how things are in the series; and even when this is not made clear by a contradictory statement, things that are not said or shown cannot be assumed to work the same way. This is the case with any supposed connection between the Rei clones.

Oh, and we don't worry about spoilers for a film that's been out for eight years and discussed to pieces already.

As to Rei Q, the Rei Ayanami that Shinji saved still exists somewhere within EVA-01 according to Fuyutsuki. So Rei Q, whatever part soul she holds (if any), is not the same one as the Rei from 2.22.

In short, she has none of those memories, because she wasn't there. In neither body nor spirit.
