Yes, it's a bit clickbait sounding, but it's legit, and while they say it may not happen, it might. Personally I don't like Elon Musk (or the weird cult that surrounds him) and as much as people may believe Musk is untouchable, maybe the shareholders are tired of him never hitting those production targets, and tired of Tesla burning money like it grows on trees, and could do with a bit of change.
